The ultimate mission of Memories By Design is to help our customers succeed. We do this by providing the funeral services industry with outstanding products and services, including the signature Memory Keepsake tribute videos that provide comfort and as it celebrates life and preserves memories through craftsmanship, expertise and compassion.

Founded in 2002, Memories By Design is recognized as the industry innovator in developing the very first video process for the funeral industry. On January 1st 2014, the husband and wife team of Bruce Felt and Nadine Woodward-Felt, took over ownership with the vision to strengthen and grow the company's record of excellent customer service and exceptional products.

"Quality customer service is our highest priority. In fact, our mission is a simple one - help our customers succeed," says Bruce.

Our company policy does not allow the sale, rental, trade or other release of our customer lists. We do not disclose any nonpublic personal information about you with anyone for any purpose. When you order from Memories By Design, we collect your name, e-mail address, and demographic information (country and zip code). On some Memories By Design web pages you can order products, make requests and register to receive materials. The types of information collected at these pages are name, address, contact and billing information, and transaction information. Memories By Design employees are responsible for adhering to strict confidentiality standards to protect any nonpublic information that they may have access to during the course of performing their duties.

We provide users the opportunity to opt-out of receiving communications from Memories By Design via an unsubscribe mechanism in all e-mail communication.
