But Dr. Patricia Flynn can’t help but wonder what’s in store for the patients she has yet to meet, and what might have been for the ones she couldn’t save. Flynn is the Director of Clinical Research in the Department of Infectious Diseases at St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. She’s also the hospital’s Arthur Ashe Chair in Pediatric AIDS Research, Director of the Translational Trials Unit, and Co-leader of HIV Therapeutics & Vaccine Development (CIDC).
