Menas Realty is a family owned and operated real estate management company which was established in 1973. We are skilled and experienced in HOA management, master planned communities, condominiums, townhouses, midrise, high rise, and mixed use properties throughout San Diego County .

Our Escrow Team acts as a liaison between the homeowners' association and the escrow company so that transfers in ownership are processed as smoothly as possible. We provide the escrow company with the correct information concerning the association and the necessary documents that they need as quickly as possible. Julie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from California State University, Chico. When Julie joined Menas Realty in 1999, she brought extensive experience from the hotel industry where customer service is the number one priority. Today, as President, Julie continues to advocate this mind-set to all Menas Realty Company employees. Her ability to lead her team well comes from the fact that she walked in the shoes of her employees, as did her mentor, Andrew Menas.
