Leslie Dean has been the Senior Director of Supply Chain for Menchie’s since 2013. Before joining Menchie’s, Leslie worked at Sonic as the Director of Purchasing and Distribution. Leslie also worked for brands such as TCBY, Pretzel Maker and the Great American Cookie Company. Leslie possesses a wide range of experience in the disciplines of supply chain, food safety and operations and carries 20 years of experience in the food service industry.

Gary Hunter joined Menchie's in 2012 as the Director of Food Operations. He spent many years in full service restaurants with companies such as Bennigan's and The Elephant Bar. He was then an operations and training leader for quick service restaurants such as Jack in the Box, Jamba Juice, and Robeks. Gary has over 30 years of experience in the restaurant industry.

Q: Do your products contain corn? A: There is at least one corn product present in most of our flavors, as our primary sweetener is corn syrup. Additionally, our stabilizing system contains dextrose and maltodextrin, which are derived from corn starch.

The Menchie's Private Label Collection is made exclusively with our own custom blend of flavors that you won't find anywhere else. We strive to offer something for every guest and pride ourselves on using only the highest quality ingredients. Our frozen yogurt is a good source of calcium as it is made with fresh milk from our California dairy, and our "smiley" California cows have not been treated with artificial growth hormones (rBST). Our product line boasts gluten-free, vegan, and no high fructose corn syrup options and we strive to use natural flavors including real cake, cookies, spices, fruits and nuts. Our entire line of frozen yogurt is certified Kosher and is awarded the live and active culture seal by the National Yogurt Association.
