Active in executive search since 1994, Mr. Mercer began his career as founder of the privately held search firm. His recruiting experience spans most aspects of technology, legal, and medical. Prior to Mercer1, Mr. Mercer was President and managing partner of Green, Ford, & Mercer, a small business management consulting firm where he was a key member for the firm's negotiations, human resources, legal executive managaement & research practices. He has earned numerous honor awards and certifications; Fraud Institute CITRMS, CPC designation, Attended John Marshall, Michigan State University, Harvard Business School (HBS) Executive Education Program. Honorary Kappa Alpha Psi, community award.

Nancy was born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia, she has over 15 years of experience in Human Resources consulting and management. Her experience spans all areas of human resources, including talent management, compensation, performance management, recruiting, and employment branding. Prior to joining Mercer1, she was the regional HR leader for Harris Associates' consulting division. Nancy is highly respected by her peers, and often invited to speak and participate with diverse social, civic, and church organizations throughout metro-Atlanta and across Georgia.
