Our manufacturing company, Merchant 1 Manufacturing, LLC designs and builds all our paint booths, media booths, and powder coating booths. We design and manufacture in compliance with the standards/guidelines set forth by NFPA33, NEC, and BOCA. Our US-made booths are designed with UL-approved components and consideration for OSHA guidelines. However, since local regulations may vary, we provide support to meet those requirements based on your individual needs.
The progressively dense heavy-duty two-stage 22g media is 50% heavier than the 15g counterpart thus providing additional service life and removal efficiency . As with the 15g product, the 22g product is manufactured from continuous strands of glass fibers with a 2.5” loading area backed with a 100% fiberglass scrim backing. The 22g is compliant with current EPA standards as well as many local municipal regulations. The 22g fiberglass construction provides excellent removal efficiency at an economic price. Our paint booths are designed for extended service and production requirements, while providing the correct environment to produce the finest quality finishes. All of our paint booths and spray booths are constructed of Premium 18 gauge G-90 galvanized steel. This provides a longer life for your investment. Construction is fast & easy with the included self tapping TEK screws.
Freight Policy? - Free Freight is our policy! Our business model is to offer products with a final acquisiton cost to our customer's. Sales Tax? - As a NC-based business, all North Carolina residents and businesses are subject to at 7.75% sales tax. Payments accepted? - Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover. Check acceptance? - Yes, however, it will be 10 business days before the order process begins. Can I pay C.O.D.? - No, because of processing fees and cost of delivery if rejected.
