With our in-house construction division, we oversee all aspects of the planning, design, and construction phases of your project, implementing value-engineering where necessary to keep your costs in check and your schedule on track.

Prior to joining Mericle in 1997, Mr. Sebia was a Partner in the Law Firm of Rosenn, Jenkins and Greenwald, L.L.P. of Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania where his practice concentrated on areas of commercial real estate transactions and corporate and commercial law. He has more than 25 years of experience in commercial real estate development, finance, leasing, property management and brokerage.
