The Meridian Behavioral Health Pine City outpatient treatment center is a multi-cultural and licensed outpatient substance abuse program. We treat adult men and women in a safe and confidential environment at our Pine City, Minnesota location. At our facility we provide chemical health services to adult men and women with chemical dependency issues.

Latitudes is a LGBT outpatient program providing transitional step down services for adult men and women, who are experiencing chemical abuse or dependency problems and co-occurring mental health issues and in need of chemical health services.

Located in an urban setting in St. Paul, Minnesota, Latitudes is a MI/CD licensed LGBT residential treatment program. At Latitudes, we provide multiple levels of care for adult men and women, who are experiencing chemical dependency and substance abuse problems, along with co-occurring behavioral health issues.

Avalon Stillwater is a multicultural outpatient substance abuse program. We provide chemical health services to adult men and women 18 years or older who have a diagnosis chemical abuse or chemical dependency, and a co-occurring chemical health and mental health disorders.

Avalon Pine City is a multi-cultural, licensed outpatient substance abuse program for adults, located in a safe, comfortable, confidential environment. We provide chemical health services to adult men and women. Out treatment services include: relapse prevention skills, anger management skills, living skills, social skills, spirituality, stress management, nutrition education, relationship and communication skills, self-esteem and recreational therapy.
