Meringue Bakery was established in the fall of 2007 by Siv Lopez and quickly became a premier custom cake shop in the DFW area. The bakery was recognized by local consumers in the WFAA-list online poll as “Best cake in Dallas” for 2009. The following year Meringue Bakery was voted “Best place to buy a wedding cake” in the 2010 Pegasus News Poll. The success of the bakery has been due to the tremendous teamwork and dedication of the entire staff. Harvey (Owner): In the summer of 2009, Harvey became the owner of Meringue Bakery. He has been providing custom cakes in the DFW area for well over a decade. He enjoys working with clients to create extraordinary cakes ranging from small birthday cakes to exquisite wedding cakes. Harvey’s success is due to his previous work and experience with Three Men and a Bakery and Sweet Creations. Martha (Decorator): Martha has been with Meringue Bakery since the beginning. Her diverse skills with traditional designs and the latest cake trends have made her a true asset to the bakery. There is no challenge too great for her expertise. Alex (Decorator): Alex is a decorator with a true artistic background.
