Merit Network, Inc.

Description

Merit Network, Inc. is a non-profit corporation owned by all thirteen of Michigan's four-year public universities. Each member institution appoints one representative who acts as agent of that institution. Collectively these representatives serve as the Board of Directors of Merit Network, Inc. Other Board Meeting Attendees In addition to the official voting members of the Merit Board, a number of other individuals are usually invited to attend and participate at Board meetings including two representatives of the Merit Advisory Council, Network and Computing Directors from the Member universities, and some Merit staff.
