Mr. Smith’s career spans over twenty years of experience in the global financial markets and high-tech industry. Prior to establishing Meritage in 2003, Mr. Smith founded and was a Managing Director of Dell Ventures, the private equity arm of Dell Inc. He also served as Vice President, Treasurer for Dell.
