Merlin speakers have been produced for nearly three decades. During this time there have been many refinements resulting in very sophisticated and mature designs. None of our past upgrades can rival this one because of the Cardas Clear geometry cable that we use to wire the Master speakers, jumpers and RC networks. These products have been raised to a completely new performance level that we never thought possible. There are profound improvements in clarity/resolution, bandwidth, coherence, continuity, focus, expanse and the blackest back ground we have ever experienced.
An interesting aspect of technology is, just when you thought your product couldn’t get any better, something comes along that shows you it can. Such is the case of the Merlin TSM Black Magic Edition. The improved continuity that the BME ( Black Magic Edition ) brought to our products revealed a slightly elevated amplitude in the lower treble of the TSM’s tweeter. This left us with the task of correcting it in a way that maintained the TSM’s natural performance.
