GRAPHIC PRINTING DIVISION . We have been doing lots of fun and innovative printing jobs. Lots of Vango's are leaving our installation facility with large graphics designed for ad's and company logo's. If you keep yours eyes open on the highway I am sure you will catch one of them as it goes by. As always all of our products are available with the latest and greatest materials and quality workmanship. Our newest news is my brother - Woody Wolfson. He is a giant schnauzer like me but not as handsome and boy is he bad. He is 9 months old and like me you can meet him at the office.
This was done to reflect our flagship product, the Vango. We are still manufacturing tarp systems for dump trailers and dump bodies. In fact we recently introduced the 2nd generation Panel Tarp. We back this up with a warranty no other manufacturer can match . All 18 or 22 ounce Vinyl coated nylon roll tarps are waterproof to keep your load dry. Merlot/Vango's Master craftsmen, along with a computerized automated tarp cutting and measuring system make each individual tarp to the trailer manufacturers specifications. The fast opening and closing cuts loading time allowing for more loads per day and keeps the driver safely on the ground . The system operates simply from the ground with no need to climb the box and wrestle with the tarp.
Hi, Coal Merlot here!! Blogging for the first time. I am the Giant Schnauzer mascot to the Merlot/Vango Tarping Systems. I can be found on Tarp systems, Ads, patch's, here and there and almost all the time hard at work in the office. My job is to meet and greet all our customers with the Giant Schnauz on the end of my nose. And on occasion I get to play with one of our wonderful customers that come in the four legged variety!!
