ASHBURN, VA (APRIL 29, 2014) - Merritt Properties announced today that it has leased 28,060 square feet of industrial-warehouse and office space at Beaumeade Corporate Park. Having outgrown their previous locations twice in the past five years, Paul Davis Restoration will move to 44601 Guilford Drive at the beginning of May, allowing them to continue to expand their services and workforce.
