Our History Merry Maids was founded in 1979 in Omaha, Nebraska by Dallen Peterson. Dallen worked with his family to create the Merry Maids system and franchise the company. In 1988, ServiceMaster purchased Merry Maids from the Petersons. All of the ServiceMaster companies specialize in home services, so Merry Maids has been a natural fit for ServiceMaster from the beginning. Some of our sister companies in our Family of Brands include American Home Shield, Amerispec, Furniture Medic, Terminix, and ServiceMaster Clean.

Jim and Sharon Wassell are the local owners of Merry Maids in Little Rock. . Both Jim and Sharon have a strong Quality and Customer focus that comes from their years of experience working for great service companies including Federal Express and ServiceMaster. Jim and Sharon work to develop a solid understanding of their customers unique cleaning needs to ensure their expectations are met or exceeded.
