Mike has worked in the HVAC industry since 1985. During that time, he worked for manufacturers’ representatives, manufacturers and design/build contractors that operated service organizations. His roles in sales and management positions with York International, Carrier Corporation, Southland Industries Services Company (SISCO), and R.F. MacDonald Company shaped his approach to managing an HVAC business. He became Mesa Energy Systems’ director of sales in 1996.
