Minneapolis, MN February 10, 2012 Metal-Matic, Inc., a leading manufacturer of high quality, precision welded, annealed and cold drawn steel tubing, announced today that as a result of increased demand in the industries that it serves, it has purchased a 245,000 square foot facility in Middletown, Ohio. The company plans to install a state-of-the-art annealing furnace and other equipment that will allow it to create an additional 30,000 - 40,000 annual tons of primarily Group 1 drawn-over-mandrel (DOM) capacity. The expansion will boost capacity and increase the company's product offerings.
