Metal Craft provides Laser Etching & Passivation (sheet) Close Tolerance Laser Etching, Finishing, and Passivation that support our Full Machining Services. We provide a full service laser marking and finishing application including: rotary axis marking, deep etch marking & customer defined graphics/logos. In addition to laser etching, we also provide full service cleaning, ultrasonic cleaning & passivation of all stainless metals.

Metal Craft has years of experience in the medical implant and device manufacturing industry, working successfully in partnerships with both OEMs and manufacturers.

Metal Craft uses wire EDM and hole popping to accurately produce your delicate parts or machine extremely hard materials. Our service is also excellent for making high tolerance pieces and complex shapes. Metal Craft’s wire EDM process uses a charged wire to cut through conductive materials with the heat produced by electrical sparks. Deionized water then removes the particles, flushing them away and leaving a burr-free finish. Our hole popping machining uses a brass or copper rod to bore through the metal instead of wire. Metal Craft provides you with an excellent burr-free finish as always!

Complete In-house Inspection Quality is central to our mission at Metal Craft, and our in-house inspection department is a critical part of the production team. Years of experience performing inspections means your parts won’t leave our building unless they are machined to your specifications, and meet our even higher level of quality demands.
