A daily production meeting provides a clear line of sight of our manufacturing objectives and helps to reinforce our quick turn requirements. Our sophisticated scanning software program helps to control raw material inventory, eliminate bottlenecks and track jobs on the manufacturing floor. Our suppliers are carefully chosen to meet our just in time needs by delivering materials within a day for those rare materials we do not stock.
