About the Author Born and raised in Ft Worth, Texas. I attended IM Terrell High School in Ft. Worth and John Adams Adult High School in San Francisco, Ca. I earned a BA Degree from Cal Stated University San Bernardino. Earned my teaching Credential and got my Masters Degree from Azusa Pacific and my Doctorate from Cal Coast University in Orange Co. I hold two doctorate degrees, one in Education and the other in Metaphysics. I am now retired from San Bernardino Unified School District. I taught Elementary Education for over 30 years. I am happily married to my life's partner for 20 years. Together we have over fifty years of study in the philosophy of Metaphysics. We are the Co-founders of the Metaphysical Institute of Higher Learning. Our school is 20 years old.

The Doctorate Degree is a two year program. The first year focuses on you as an individual God Spark, expressing on the planet and creating. The Credentials in Quantum Healing and Mediumship are created to provide an experiential learning experience that helps you discover and create your innate gifts, custom designed for each individual. TMI is also a nonprofit corporation and a member of the Better Business Bureau.

The Metaphysical Institute of Higher Learning (TMI) was founded by Dr. Bobbie Chappell, President and Dr. Arvel Chappell, Director, in 1994, in San Bernardino, California. TMI became the first certified school of Metaphysics in the state of California. The Chappell’s have over 50 years of experience studying and implementing metaphysical principles. It was Bobbie’s vision to start a school where healers, mediums, and other spiritually gifted individuals could learn to develop their abilities and receive a credible degree in this field to better serve Humanity.
