Metrics manufactures and packages solid oral dose formulations in its North American facility, which features state-of-the-art facility design and equipment. We develop and manufacture creams, liquids and gels in our Australian facility.

Metrics has extensive experience working with unique drug products requiring non–traditional handling and testing. Whether identifying foreign material to prevent a product recall, or to designing unique and near-impossible bioburden analyses, our staff is prepared to think outside of the box to help solve your problems.

The ground floor of the new facility consists of five processing rooms and one analytical laboratory. The second floor consists of workstations, office space and a conference room. This project increases to 16 the total number of processing rooms, which are in addition to the extensive analytical laboratories and large-scale manufacturing and packaging operations that Metrics has available. The new facility is expected to be fully operational by mid-February, Gold said.

Metrics offers trace metals analysis to support the formulation and manufacturing of oral dosage forms. We provide testing for both routine and non-routine elements, including our own validated testing for melamine contamination , which we developed in-house.
