Founded in 1993, Metro Construction is a full-service commercial and residential construction company – fully licensed, bonded and insured. Our president, Bradford. C. Tardy, Architect, also functions as Architect of Record for out-of-state design and architecture firms. In this way, having an architect and general contractor under the same roof, we can provide construction budget pricing at the outset of a job and then take the project to completion.

We’re capable. With over 150 years combined experience in the industry, Metro Construction’s management team and staff routinely deliver fully designed and engineered project packages – with building and planning department approvals intact.

We provide construction scheduling, phasing and sequencing. Our schedules identify all parts of the construction process including: long lead items, activity durations, start and finish dates for tasks and short and long project durations.

We provide full service general contracting services. They included: estimating, bidding, contracting with owners, suppliers and subcontractors, running project meetings, construction and administrative coordination with all parties, field supervision, construction and vendor scheduling, interface with permitting entities, project closeouts.
