The Colorado Coalition for the Homeless has been a customer of Metro Copier Service for over 10 years. Over this time we have purchased copiers and faxes from them. Their prices have been competitive both for equipment and for maintenance contracts. They have gone the “extra mile” to understand the needs of the particular site and to make recommendations on products which will meet those needs. I am particularly satisfied with their service staff. The staff are knowledgeable about the equipment and responsive to service calls. They communicate the status of the need for repairs and the status of those repairs. This allows me to keep my staff informed on these issues. Their extensive knowledge of the equipment we have in place also assists me in planning for replacement of our older machines.
