Vail Valley Medical Center selected the Enterprise version of OfficeWatch due to its ability to centralize the call data from all three locations. This allows authorized users from any of the hospital locations access to patient call billing reports, emergency call alerts and staff activity reports via the Internet or client PCs. The Enterprise version of OfficeWatch also includes TrafficWatch, a graphical trunk analysis utility that provides in-depth information on trunk usage and inbound and outbound telephone traffic. Vail Valley Medical Center was founded in 1962 and is a private not-for-profit organization dedicated to providing quality health care for 50,000 residents in 6 counties. The original facility provided accommodations for 4 patients, and a few ancillary services, but was expanded in 1978 with the construction of a new section of the hospital.
