Description

The City Hall Expansion & Renovation project consists of a new one story 15,650 sq ft addition to the existing City Hall facility as well as selective interior renovation of the existing City Hall. The Police Station Expansion & Renovation portion of the work consists of two new one story additions totaling 6,220 sq ft to the existing police station facility as well as selective interior renovations of the existing police station.

Alan Mettemeyer has over 15 years of experience in the engineering field and has been responsible for the structural design, specifications, construction documents and construction phase services for various types of projects. Design projects have included commercial, industrial, hospitality, medical and retail facilities. Mr. Mettemeyer is also responsible for the day to day operations of the company which includes marketing, budgeting, proposal and contract writing and documentation supervision.

This project consists of a two phased apartment complex which has 9 three story buildings and one clubhouse. Phase I has one large building with 60 units. Phase II consisted of 8 apartment buildings and the clubhouse. Phase IV consists of 5 apartment buildings. The apartment buildings are 3-story structures.
