Description

Service continues to be a big part of our business. We offer custom application of liquid and dry fertilizer, crop protection application by ground and air, strip-tilling, custom drilling, seed treating, and hay grinding as well. We have 3 air flow dry fertilizer applicators, 2 liquid floaters, 5 Rogators, 2 spray planes, 7 16 ton dry fertilizer tenders, 16 dry fertilizer spreaders, a DMI strip-till toolbar, liquid nurse trailers, 7 large water trucks to nurse our liquid machines, a weigh wagon, and seed tenders. Most of our applicators use Sat Loc GPS guidance equipment for swathing and mapping. What really makes Mettler Fertilizer and Turkey Ridge Agri-Service different from our competition is our people. We have 6 Certified Crop Advisors, 16 licensed applicators, four seed advisors, and a full time office staff utilizing a state of the art computer program that is networked using wireless remote connections. Our computer software is capable of doing planning, blending, GPS mapping using digital othophotos, yield mapping and accounting.
