Judy has more than 25years of experience in project and property management. She holds a CFM from IFMA and has been recognized in Who's Who in Professional and Executive Women. Judy graduated from the University of Utah with a degree in Business Management. Her education also includes a degree from LaSalle University in Chicago, IL in Interior Design and a certificate from Utah Technical College in Credit Law and Management.

Michael Bloom Realty Company manages industrial and warehouse space throughout metro Denver. The firm’s current management inventory includes approximately 3 million square feet of industrial property located in every quadrant of metro Denver including Arvada, Aurora, Englewood, Littleton, Lakewood, Lone Tree, Centennial, I-25 & 6 th Avenue, the Santa Fe corridor and the I-70- corridor. The properties contain over 300 tenants, and are maintained at an overall occupancy rate above 90%.

Susie is the manager of the accounting department at Michael Bloom Realty, handling all aspects of A/R, A/P & general ledger accounting for the property management accounts. She has 30 years of experience in all areas of accounting and is a licensed CPA in Colorado.
