I must say I've had carpets cleaned in Indy many times in the last several years but have never had anyone treat me like royalty or something. I was very impressed with your service in every way and your company did things that I had never seen done before i.e. toweling the wood trim, wiping the ceramic floors and using the walk off blankets and the white protectors for the corners. I was really worried about the paint as we had repainted all the trim work, your crew didn't leave a mark anywhere on it!!! It's nice to know you can still get GOOD SERVICE in today's world, the carpets looked GREAT!! Thank you so much for the extra care. I will call the Chamber Office with my good report.
