All Michaywé property owners automatically become members of the Michaywe Owners Association upon the purchase of the property and are responsible for annual Membership dues, which at the present time are $400 per year. All property within Michaywe is governed by its Master Deed Restrictions for the purpose of having a uniform set of restrictive covenants in order to protect the economic value of the land, to provide for maintenance and upkeep, to provide for public sewer and/or water systems, and to ensure the continued attractiveness and value of the Restricted Property.
