Description

The Sylvania Metro Amateur Hockey League (SMAHL), an Ohio Non-Profit Corporation, was founded to foster, promote and teach amateur hockey and to provide the maximum opportunity for all eligible individuals to participate.

Sylvania Tam-O-Shanter is dedicated to providing a safe environment with high integrity, excellence, and hospitality. TAMO operates under the Sylvania Recreation District for the purpose of hosting and programming athletic and exhibition events coming into our community. It is the vision of Sylvania Tam-O-Shanter to market our facility to attract a wide variety of events and activities. Our vision is to work with local businesses and regional companies to make TAMO "The Venue" for their next event.

It is the mission of the Sylvania Area Joint Recreation District (S.A.J.R.D.) to provide high quality recreation and leisure facilities, parks, programs and activities to meet the demonstrated needs of all citizens who reside within the district through sound planning, efficient allocation of resources, and effective management. The SAJRD Board generally meets the fourth Tuesday of each month, 7:30 AM @ Tam-O-Shanter.
