Our aim is to design and manufacture wire bond clamps that help provide optimum wire bonding. Based on leadframe or substrate drawings, samples (if available) and the machine being used, we provide a turnkey solution to these process critical parts. Together with fully CAD-CAM-CNC processing, our aim is quick-turn delivery of optimum bonding.

Micro-Mechanics manufactures precision parts and assemblies on a contract basis to OEMs in the aerospace, semiconductor, laser and medical industries. We excel at developing repeatable processes for machining complex parts on a 24/7 automated basis. Together with state-of-the-art FMS machine tools and our approach to eliminating set-up time, we offer a compelling alternative to offshore machining especially for high-mix production.

The Group is also building a Custom Machining & Assembly business that manufactures precision parts and assemblies on a contract basis for tier-one equipment makers in the aerospace, medical, instrumentation and wafer fabrication industries.
