MicroGuide is a custom software and web design company located in Northeastern Ohio. We develop custom solutions for our clients that help them maintain a competitive advantage in the marketplace. Founded in 1990, MicroGuide has demonstrated a consistent record of successful projects. The majority of our projects are additional requests from existing customers, something of which we are very proud.

Our goal is not one successful implementation, but many. That means delivering results that keep our clients satisfied through a realization of the benefits that were promised. A custom solution is not inexpensive. It is only justified when the final product delivers increased productivity, greater market share or reduced costs. We have a proven record of software development that has brought back our clients again and again. As a result of these ongoing relationships, our ability to meet the needs of our clients has increased greatly.

A business with very specialized, complex order entry requirements needed a form that could be used by inexperienced sales staff. MicroGuide worked closely with the company to develop an intuitive, simple format that would meet their needs.

There are many tools and methodologies to develop software and web applications. MicroGuide has selected to work with those that get results quickly and with the least expense for the client. We believe in incremental development, demonstrating progress on a project so that the result may be optimized for greatest productivity. The results should never be a surprise, but instead a business tool that has been tuned during development to meet specific needs.
