The Mid-county Memo is published monthly by Mid-county Memo Publishing, Inc., 3510 NE 134th Ave., Portland, Oregon 97230. Revenue to publish and distribute the Mid-county Memo comes from display advertising contained in each issue. Subscriptions are $23.80 for one year. Please call 503-287-8904 for information on advertising, distribution, subscriptions or news. Total circulation: 15,500 with over 13,500 copies mailed free—to homes only—between Northeast 82nd and 162nd Avenues, from Northeast Sandy Boulevarvd to East Burnside St. All material © 2007 by Mid-county Memo Publishing, Inc. and/or the bylined authors or photographers.
