(207) 729-6782 CHANS Home Health Care is a full service non-profit agency providing in-home nursing and rehabilitation care, hospice care, private duty care, and an array of community based wellness clinics and support services to the Midcoast community.

Mid Coast Hospital welcomes the lovely handmade donations which come from knitters and sewers in our communities, truly making a difference in the lives of our babies and other patients. In this fast paced world, it is wonderful for a new mom to take home a cap and/or a blanket for her newborn, knitted or crocheted with great love and care for the baby. We provide patterns here online for three possible garments – hats, baby blankets and lap robes.

Mid Coast Hospital is proud of its relationship with area emergency medical service ambulance crews. We provide a paramedic intercept program to augment their personnel as part of mutual assistance in our region.
