Description
After the Report of Findings (see Computer Forensics) has been reviewed by the attorney and/or client, a series of events will take place in order for all parties to be prepared and ready for trial. During these meetings (usually two to three), the examiner will work with the attorney to establish a timeline, explain the evidence and the supporting details, and discuss possible case strategies. Because of our length of time in this industry, we have been exposed to over 400 civil and criminal cases. The work dedicated to these cases has provided extensive experience for our examiners. Midwest Data Group is also available to assist with the writing of motions, affidavits and acknowledgements, which may be required during the legal process.
