MAI is pleased to announce the addition of Leigh Jones to its leadership staff. Ms. Jones brings over 20 years of experience in training, consulting, and quality management services to MAI. Prior to joining MAI, Ms. Jones was responsible for providing training, consulting services, and business development for a quality management, training and consulting company. She has participated as a quality process improvement expert responsible for the implementation and registration of quality management systems and process management training in over 200 organizations.

Dr. Marjorie H. Carkhuff, R.N has more than 20 years of experience solving complex human performance challenges in a variety of settings, including healthcare, pharmaceuticals, life sciences, and K-12 education. She consulted for over 8 years assisting clients to achieve excellence in lowering risk and managing their processes. Additionally, as a Lead Auditor for ISO 9001-2000 she has had many opportunities to guide organizational performance improvement.

In order to provide hospitals who are interested in or are in the process of implementing ISO 9001:2000, MAI is happy to provide a forum for discussion. The company forum page is available for any group wishing to participate in an open forum concerning the benefits and trials of implementing ISO 9001:2000 in the healthcare environment.
