Midway III Construction, Inc. is a multi-faceted construction and development company with experience in Land Development, General Contracting, Construction Management and is self performing in general trades.

My family ascended from the grocery business. My mother and father started the family business in the late 1950's and worked diligently to provide the highest quality products for their customers. The customers who visited our store were always greeted with a friendly welcome, and all of the salads and cooked meats were prepared in our store by our employees, which allowed my parents to control the quality of their product.

Terry G. Germany formed Midway III Construction, Inc. in March of 2002 to assist his clients with all construction, development and project management needs. Midway III Construction, Inc. is a diverse construction/development company, and its Principals have over twenty (20) years of experience in Land Development, Construction Management, General Contracting, and comprehensive real estate services.

Our specialty is build-out and build-to-suit of office, commercial demolition, industrial, retail and manufacturing space (including the demolition, relocation and set-up of industrial machinery production lines). In addition to providing General Contracting/Construction Services, we typically partner with our clients to provide both short and long term strategic planning in order to develop cost effective and time sensitive critical path planning for any/all current and future operating/capital projects.
