Dustin has been with Midwest Alarm Services serving as President since 1998. Before coming to Midwest Alarm Services, Dustin was with Simplex as a Building Systems Sales Representative. Dustin retired from the Des Moines Fire Department after spending seventeen years with them; eight as a Firefighter and nine in the Fire Marshal's office. Dustin is NICET Level IV certified as well as being certified as a Fire Prevention Officer through the National Fire Academy. Dustin currently serves on the Board of Directors for the National Independent Fire Alarm Distributors as well as being a member for the last five years. Dustin is also a member, as well as being a past President, for the Hawkeye State Fire Safety Association. Dustin has an Associates of Science degree in Marketing from Des Moines Area Community College.
