Description

From the beginning, our founders’ goals were to establish a company that would specialize in the renovation and restoration of historically significant structures that could leverage our eighteen years of experience in building restoration and working in masonry and concrete into a dynamic new company. Through this exceptional leadership this company became what it is today, the leader in building restoration specializing in historically significant structures.

Our company has a written Safety and Hazard Communications Program, which is taught and reviewed extensively. Our Safety Program consists of many aspects of project safety for our employees and sub-contractors.

The first restoration phase was focused on the one hundred foot bell tower which housed the original clock and truly defines the character of the structure that is listed in both the Georgia and National Historical Registries. Due to severe deterioration, which was worsened by the effects of Hurricane Opel in 1995, much of the replication work had to be accomplished from photographs. A detailed inspection was used to develop a restoration strategy that included the evaluation of wood and metal types that would ensure exact compatibility.
