Description

Midwest Management Syatems is a Toledo-based training and organizational development firm, owned and operated by Bryce and Judy Harbaugh. In our work, we use materials and processes that are created and distributed by three large firms, one national, the other two, international; all headquartered in Waco, Texas. One of the international firms is Leadership Management, Inc., founded in 1960 by the world-renowned Paul J. Meyer. The other is Profiles International, founded in 1992 by Jim Sirbasku and Bud Haney, two proteges of Paul Meyer. The national firm is 360 Solutions, founded in 1998 by Chip Wilson, Preston Pond and Roger Allen.
