Since 1996, Midwest Physical Therapy and Sports Center has grown from a single clinic to three locations in the Lincoln area.Owner Renee Tewes and her staff focus on building personal relationships with their patients and working with physicians to provide treatment solutions. They offer a wide range of services including pre- and post-surgical therapy, general orthopaedics, sports rehabilitation, orthotics, aquatic physical therapy and Pilates exercise. Midwest Physical Therapy and Sports Center was the first outpatient, private physical therapy practice in Lincoln, Nebraska to offer Pilates’ classes for strengthening and rehabilitation.Midwest Physical Therapy and Sports Center is a member of the Lincoln Orthopaedic Center (LOC) Spine Team, a new approach that partners anethesiologists, psychiatrists, spine orthopaedic surgeons and physical therapists to provide innovative solutions to back pain. This is the first of its kind in Lincoln, Nebraska, and an example of how Renee is always looking to improve her clinic and the services it provides.
