We provide a detailed and itemized quote and explain any possible extra costs. Nobody likes hidden fees or costs, and we certainly don't either.

Midwest Pro Services is a family run, locally owned building and remodeling company. MWPS was founded in 2012 with one passion: To provide Quality Service, at a Fair Price, and with the Customer's Needs truly in mind.

"We hired MWPS to install pre finished hardwood flooring and baseboard trim on almost our entire main level. Their estimate was extremely competitive. I had found them via Craigslist, so I was a bit wary at first, but I need not have worried! They were very communicative, polite,and friendly throughout the experience, responding almost immediately to calls and emails, as well as proactively contacting me throughout the process. It was obvious to me that they care deeply about providing quality and about customer satisfaction. When the flooring job was finished, Ryan met me for a walk-through. Everything looked beautiful... Except for a gigantic scratch, probably four feet long, from one wheel of the refrigerator that had slipped off the protective mat while they were moving it. Oh, no! Ryan had not noticed it prior to the walk-through, but he saw it when I did and was immediately reassuring, letting me know that this would be quickly taken care of. Andrew and Ryan worked late into the evening that same night, tearing out a large section of flooring and replacing it. No pushback, no excuses, no delay-- just a rapid, perfect fix.
