He started his career as a CPA with McGladrey & Pullen in 1991 providing audit and tax services. After 3 ½ years in public accounting, John has been providing specialized recruiting for large, medium and small businesses throughout the Midwest. John has been an active volunteer with the Iowa Society of CPA's, serving on the Career Awareness Committee.

Mollie was born and raised in the small town of Melcher-Dallas, Iowa. She attended Iowa State University and graduated in Kinesiology and Health with an Exercise Science focus. Upon graduation Mollie started with Midwest Professional Staffing as a recruiter and is now working with clients to provide them with talented individuals. She enjoys snacking, watching sci-fi and horror movies, and traveling.
