Mike's Environmental Pest Control is a full service, family owned and operated business providing termite inspections, and related control and repair work for the real estate professional in the Los Angeles county area. We charge a fee for our inspections. The average, single-family residence, in our normal service area, is generally $100. Large houses or houses with crawl spaces may be a little more. This inspection is a comprehensive, diligent evaluation directed at servicing existent problems only. We do not make free inspections in an effort to sell your client on preventive maintenance systems or treatment to areas of a structure that are free of infestation or infection. I'm sure you're fed up with termite operators recommending fumigation (the tent method). I will make every effort to provide your client with an alternative. Our desire is to provide your client with the least intrusive and most effective, economical control measures. This will satisfy your client and the buyer. We are proud of our prompt service (inspections are usually completed within 48 hours), individually designed, easily understood reports and expeditious document transfer.

This area is a work in progress. It is not my intention to provide a detailed study of all insect or vertebrate pests but to provide general information on their identity and respective control measures. I will be adding to this section frequently on an insect-by-insect basis or pest-by-pest basis depending on your perspective. You probably think they're all slimy little disgusting #! **#!
