Description
Miles Jesu was founded in Phoenix, Arizona, on January 12, 1964. In the early 1960's the "Cursillo" (a retreat movement brought from Spain by Claretian missionary priests) was a vibrant source of spiritual awakening and renewal in the American southwest, changing the lives of thousands of people. Father Alphonsus Maria Duran was one of the first priests to bring the movement to the United States.
Meet 5.30pm (note time) on the steps of Westminster Cathedral (the Cathedral is dedicated to the Precious Blood). We will walk along the river to the Church of the Most Precious Blood at London Bridge. July is traditionally the month dedicated to honouring the Precious Blood.
