Consultants work in a team under the supervision of a partner and become actively involved in helping to manage all phases of a project. Consultants are expected to be able to act independently in terms of the work they can perform with the experience to take the lead on much of the client interaction. Partner Key Responsibilities Partners are responsible for business development, securing and managing client engagements, developing and disseminating expertise within the firm, performance management, internal processes and overall management of career development.
