Joe has 10 years of experience in handling all of the different station operations at Millco. He has transitioned that knowledge, along with his experience operating his own contracting business, into running the day to day operations of the shop. His guidance helps Millco consistently produce a top quality product within tight deadlines.

Millco Woodworking is a full service custom cabinetry and millwork shop. We manufacture and provide in-house finishing for a product range that includes Reception desks, Nurse Stations, Bullet resistant Judges benches, Wall paneling and trim, Cabinets, Countertops, Courtroom interiors, Interior trim and doors, Trade show displays and a wide range of solid surface products.

Charles Millerd and a partner founded Millco Woodworking in 1980 and since that time, the Millco name has been synonymous with fine custom millwork and cabinetry. The company has evolved from a 2 man cabinet and refinishing shop to a 20 person, full service custom millwork manufacturer. Millco has been located in the same community for over 30 years.

Charlie has over 35 years experience in the custom millwork field. He started Millco Woodworking in 1980 after learning the craft from a master cabinetmaker. Under his management, Millco has grown from a small, regional supplier of custom cabinetry to a well respected millwork company with installations all across America.
