Description

PRN; Requires 1 year Clinical Exp., Current State OT license and Current CPR certification. Responsible for providing Occupational Therapy services to patients in their homes as prescribed by the attending physician; recording clinical and progress notes; and coordinating other patient care activities/services to provide the highest quality of patient care. Must possess knowledge in assessing, implementing and evaluating client response to actual/potential medical problems. Excellent communication, organization and interpersonal skills needed.
