Miller & Caine, L.L.P. was founded in January 1995 by Joe Miller and Patrick Caine. The firm originally focused its practice in the areas of transactions lending and real estate, with a particular focus on precious metals financing. These areas remain a significant portion of the firm's practice. The firm also maintains a strong and expanding immigration practice, focusing primarily in the area of business immigration as well as family-based immigration and naturalization.

Ms. Goncalves’ practice focuses on a broad range of commercial litigation including commercial contract disputes, commercial landlord/tenant disputes and banking litigation. She also has extensive experience in the areas of federal bankruptcy, state receiverships, creditors’ rights, real estate foreclosures, real estate title clearing actions and family law. Ms. Goncalves also maintains a significant practice in the areas of divorce, custody and child support.

Miller & Caine represents business entities and individuals in all aspects of the purchase, sale and financing of commercial and residential real estate. The firm also has significant experience in the areas of zoning, condominium management and title clearing actions. Our attorneys act as agents for a number of leading title companies.
