Prior to joining Miller & Favazzo Properties, Chuck was President of Towermarc Corporation for five years. Towermarc Corporation was a full-service real estate development company specializing in office and industrial development with offices in Boston, Memphis, and Tampa. Prior to joining Towermarc, Chuck was Senior Vice President of Commercial Development in the eastern United States for Cabot, Cabot & Forbes. He holds a B.S. in civil engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnical Institute and an M.B.A. in finance from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
Founded in 1980 as Raymond Miller Associates by Raymond (Ray) W. Miller, the company focused on residential and commercial development projects in Washington, D.C., Connecticut, and Massachusetts. In 1990 Charles (Chuck) N. Favazzo joined as partner and the company assumed its current name, Miller & Favazzo Properties. In total they have developed over 6,000,000 square feet of space, including major downtown high-rise office buildings, suburban office buildings, and retail shopping centers throughout the United States.
The founders of Miller & Favazzo Properties, Raymond W. Miller and Charles N. Favazzo, each have over 30 years of experience in commercial real estate development and management. Together they have developed over 6,000,000 square feet of space, ranging from major downtown skyscrapers to suburban shopping centers. They have developed properties across the U.S. and have particular familiarity with the New England market.
